COP22 - Selfie for the planet

"Selfie for the Planet" COP22 invites you to take a selfie for the planet The initiative "Selfie for the Planet" is being launched a week before the official opening of the 22nd conference of Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP22) in Marrakesh, November 7-18. Starting this week, internet users are invited to post a selfie with what they want to preserve on the planet and to share it on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter using the hashtag #ActionTime. Internet users should capture what's most dear to them to save from the impacts of climate change (nature, cities, people, animals, etc). Participation is simple. Users should post a photo of themselves tagging the official account of COP22 (Twitter @COP22, Facebook @Cop22mar, Instagram @cop22ma) and use the hashtag #ActionTime that was created for COP22, referred to as the "COP of Action." The objective is to mobilize a maximum number of people around the world on climate change issues and to underscore that what we are taking for granted may disappear if we do not change our way of life. Through this initiative, COP22 intends to mobilize civil society by making them direct stakeholders in this conference and the global fight against climate change.
